Controversial social media influencers Andrew and Tristan Tate are facing fresh allegations of sexual violence and abuse, adding to their already significant legal battles. Two British women, who claim they were raped and strangled by Andrew Tate, have spoken out in detail for the first time, sharing their harrowing experiences with the BBC.
These new revelations come as the Tate brothers, aged 37 and 36, are currently under investigation in Romania on charges of human trafficking and forming an organized group to sexually exploit women. Andrew Tate also faces charges of rape, which he strongly denies. If convicted, the brothers could face over 10 years in prison.
Currently under house arrest in Romania, Andrew Tate is also being investigated for new allegations, including sex with a minor and trafficking underage girls. Meanwhile, British authorities are preparing their own legal action against the brothers, with Bedfordshire Police pursuing extradition on charges dating back to 2012-2015.
The most recent allegations come from two women, referred to as “Anna” and “Sienna” to protect their identities. Anna, who dated Andrew Tate in 2013, claims she was violently assaulted and raped after he made disturbing remarks. According to Anna, Tate sent her chilling messages after the attack, including one voice note saying, “The more you didn’t like it, the more I enjoyed it.”
Sienna shares a similarly terrifying account, describing how Tate allegedly choked her until she lost consciousness during sex, later waking up to find him continuing the assault. Sienna, like Anna, did not initially report the incident to the police but now regrets it.
Adding to the growing list of allegations is a woman who claims Tristan Tate raped her after she refused his advances while working for the Tates’ webcam business in Romania. This business, which reportedly involved dozens of women, is at the heart of the brothers’ criminal case in Romania, where they are accused of trafficking women for exploitation.
Despite the mounting accusations, both Andrew and Tristan Tate maintain their innocence. Andrew Tate, who rose to fame as a self-proclaimed misogynist with millions of followers on platforms like YouTube and TikTok, has become infamous for his controversial views on women, which include claims that they should be dominated by men. He has denied all allegations, asserting that he has “never hurt anybody.”
The legal proceedings are far from over for the Tate brothers. In addition to the criminal charges in Romania and potential extradition to the UK, they face a civil case in London’s High Court, where multiple women, including Anna and Sienna, are suing Andrew Tate for rape and sexual assault.
As the investigations continue, the Tates’ future remains uncertain. Whether the truth will exonerate them or confirm the allegations, their high-profile case is likely to remain a topic of significant public attention for the foreseeable future.
