Apple Music has restored access to Kanye West’s highly anticipated “Vultures 1” project, as reported by Billboard.
The move comes after a brief hiatus following its recent release, which caused a stir among fans eager to stream the album.
Initially released through FUGA, the distributor behind the project, “Vultures 1” quickly garnered attention for its collaboration with Ty Dolla Sign.
However, FUGA swiftly announced its intention to have the album removed from streaming platforms, citing a violation of service agreements.
According to a representative from FUGA, the decision to decline the release of “Vultures 1” last year was based on exercising judgment in the ordinary course of business.
However, a client’s unauthorized delivery of the album through FUGA’s automated processes led to its unexpected appearance on streaming platforms.

In response to the violation, FUGA took swift action to have the album removed from platforms, including Apple Music.
YesJulz, a member of Kanye West’s camp, seemingly confirmed FUGA’s involvement in the removal with a tweet.
This development follows a similar incident on Spotify, where the track “Good (Don’t Die)” was removed after a copyright infringement claim from Donna Summer’s estate.
The estate alleged that Kanye West had used an unauthorized sample of Summer’s song “I Feel Love.”
Despite these setbacks, “Vultures 1” is projected to make a strong debut on the Billboard 200 albums chart, with Ty Dolla Sign poised to achieve his first-ever No. 1 album and Kanye West marking his 11th chart-topping album.
