Lola Amour, hailing from Muntinlupa, Philippines, is a dynamic Filipino rock band that has found its niche in modern rock, funk, and pop music. Founded in 2013 by the talented lineup of Pio Dumayas, Martin Kim, Raymond King, Zoe Gonzales, Angelo Mesina, Joxx Perez, and Renzo Santos, the band’s inception took place during their time as students at De La Salle Santiago Zobel School. The merging of their two previous bands, Sinigang Na Baboy and Decaf, led to the birth of Lola Amour.
The band derives its name from Pio Dumayas’ grandmother, whose deep passion for music and inherent style served as a touching tribute.
