Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were spotted separately in Los Angeles over the weekend.
The Hollywood stars were photographed returning to Affleck’s rental house in Brentwood on Saturday, following a brief visit to their $60 million Bel Air mansion earlier in the day.
Affleck, 51, appeared relaxed as he drove to the rental, sporting a plaid shirt and seen casually scrolling through his phone while stuck in traffic.
Meanwhile, Lopez, 54, arrived shortly after in a BMW, wearing sunglasses and focusing on her phone as she pulled into Affleck’s driveway. Later, she was seen leaving the house in another vehicle.
Adding to the intrigue, Affleck’s ex-wife Jennifer Garner also visited the Brentwood rental on Saturday, although it’s unclear if she interacted with Affleck or Lopez during her visit.
These developments come amidst reports suggesting Lopez feels she has done all she can to salvage her relationship with Affleck.
“Jenny has had enough and she really tried but she can do no more, it’s not getting any better, it’s worse,” an insider reportedly told the Daily Mail on Saturday.
The source also shared that Lopez is focusing on her children, whom she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony, and is eager to resume her tour in 2025 after canceling it earlier this year to prioritize family time.
“She is excited about going on tour next year when her personal life is on calmer ground and she can connect with her fans. She will take her tribe with her and make the most of it,” the insider added.
Lopez recently visited Affleck’s rental house to celebrate his son Samuel’s middle school graduation.
She was also seen having lunch with Affleck’s eldest daughter, Violet, and attended Samuel’s graduation ceremony alongside their twins, Max and Emme, aged 16.
Affleck and Lopez, who tied the knot in 2022 and purchased the Bel Air mansion in 2023, recently put the property up for sale, sparking further speculation about their relationship status.
While Lopez remains at the Beverly Hills mansion, Affleck has been residing in the Brentwood rental. Despite living separately, the couple reportedly sees each other every few days, including their recent encounters this week.
