Cardi B confirmed a familial connection with rising rapper GloRilla in a recent interview with Big Boy TV.
“That’s my cousin!” Cardi said.
GloRilla also shares kinship not only with Cardi B but also with the acclaimed artist Lil Uzi Vert.
The connection between Cardi B and GloRilla surfaced back in 2022 when the “F.N.F” rapper asserted their familial ties.
Now, Cardi B has corroborated this claim, revealing that GloRilla is her biological half-niece.
She explained that their shared lineage stems from her grandfather’s past in Tennessee, where he had a child, GloRilla’s father, outside of Cardi B’s grandmother’s knowledge.
The rapper remarked on the striking similarities between herself and GloRilla, from shared humor to personality traits.

Describing Cardi B as possessing a “really sweet soul” and a “genuine heart,” GloRilla highlighted the ease with which they connected, citing their similar backgrounds as a contributing factor.
GloRilla has also claimed a familial relationship with Lil Uzi Vert, further intertwining the familial web within the hip-hop community.
