Former producer and videographer Rodney Jones, known as “Lil Rod,” claims he was sexually assaulted multiple times by Diddy and subjected to unwanted advances by his associates.
The lawsuit, filed on Monday in the Federal District Court in Manhattan, outlines Jones’ experiences while working with Diddy on The Love Album: Off the Grid from September 2022 to November 2023, according to the New York Times.
Jones alleges that Diddy groped his genitals, touched his anus, and exposed himself naked in front of him, which he perceived as grooming behavior aimed at initiating sexual encounters, as reported by TMZ. He characterizes these incidents as “horseplay” in an attempt to downplay the seriousness of the assaults.
Among the harrowing claims in the lawsuit is an incident where Diddy purportedly forced Jones to witness Stevie J engaging in sexual activity with another man, with screenshots of the video allegedly included as evidence.
Additionally, Jones alleges that he was sexually assaulted by a female cousin of Diddy’s girlfriend, Yung Miami, in the presence of Diddy and his staff members.
He also recounts being coerced into consuming tequila shots spiked with drugs during a listening party at Diddy’s home, leading to him waking up naked alongside a sex worker the following morning.

Furthermore, Jones accuses Diddy of facilitating the presence of underage girls at his residence, where they were provided alcohol by Stevie J and his son Justin Combs.
The lawsuit implicates Diddy’s son Justin Combs, as well as several record executives, in the alleged misconduct. Jones seeks $30 million in damages for his ordeal.
“Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines.”
“We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
