GloRilla found herself in legal trouble early Tuesday morning in Georgia, as she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
According to details from a police report obtained by TMZ, officers pulled over GloRilla around 4 a.m. after she executed a U-turn at a red light.
Upon approaching her vehicle, law enforcement officers allegedly detected the scent of both marijuana and alcohol emanating from inside.
The 24-year-old reportedly admitted to consuming alcohol before taking the wheel but declined to disclose the quantity, asserting that she believed herself capable of driving.
Despite her confidence, GloRilla underwent a full field sobriety test, which she purportedly failed. Additionally, she allegedly refused to undergo a breathalyzer test.
During the interaction with officers, it is claimed that GloRilla was unaware that she had inadvertently exposed her breast, prompting the authorities to inform her of the situation.
Following her arrest, GloRilla was released on bond. However, she faces charges related to alcohol consumption or possession of an opened alcoholic beverage container.
As of now, GloRilla has not publicly addressed the incident.
However, shortly after TMZ’s report surfaced, she posted and subsequently deleted a photo on Instagram and Twitter featuring herself with a bottle of port wine atop her head. The post was accompanied by her song “High AF” on her Instagram Stories.
Despite the legal setback, GloRilla is set to embark on the Hot Girl Summer Tour alongside Megan Thee Stallion. The tour, commencing next month, will see the Memphis native join Megan for the U.S. leg, spanning just over two months.
