Former Little Mix star Jesy Nelson has revealed she is expecting her first child.
The 33-year-old singer shared the exciting news on Instagram, posting a photo with the caption, “She’s eating for 3 now,” accompanied by two baby emojis.
In the picture, Nelson is seen alongside musician Zion Foster, who gently rests his hand on her baby bump.
Nelson, who left Little Mix in December 2020 to prioritize her mental health, has been candid about the toll online abuse took on her during her time with the group.
Describing the experience as pushing her to “breaking point,” she stepped away from the band to focus on her well-being.
Since embarking on her solo career, Nelson has released music, including her 2021 debut single Boyz, featuring Nicki Minaj.
Little Mix, formed on The X Factor in 2011, consisted of Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, and Jesy Nelson.
Together, they became one of the UK’s most successful girl groups, with multiple top 10 albums and five number-one singles.
In 2021, the group announced a hiatus following their 2022 tour, emphasizing it was not a permanent split but a chance to explore individual projects.
Nelson’s pregnancy marks a joyful new chapter for the singer as she continues her journey beyond her Little Mix roots.
Fans and well-wishers have flooded her social media with messages of love and congratulations.
