Julianne Hough, the Dancing With the Stars host, recently recounted a striking supernatural experience she had during a meditation conference, reflecting on her “consistent” psychic abilities from 2017 to 2019. In a September 23 episode of The Jamie Kern Lima Show, she detailed a powerful moment that left her astounded.
While meditating, Hough described feeling a strong, sensorial connection that transported her back in time and place. “There was this woman who I had only met once before, sitting a few rows ahead of me,” she explained. “I began to feel as if I was in Europe, with an overwhelming smell of mold. It felt like I was between 3 and 5 years old, and my hair was wet.”
She recognized that the emotions she was experiencing were not her own. “I felt this massive amount of abandonment from my father, and I thought, ‘This doesn’t feel like mine.’ Then, suddenly, I stood up, and my heart opened. My hands went behind me, and I thought, ‘Whoa, I feel so loved by my dad.’”
After the meditation ended, Hough approached the woman sitting in front of her, eager to hear about her experience. To her astonishment, the woman shared a memory from her childhood in Copenhagen. “She told me about a time when her mom was in the hospital having her little brother. Her dad was blow-drying her hair to keep her warm, and then he left her in the waiting room,” Hough recalled. “She felt abandoned when her brother was born, especially since he had autism, and she thought her parents forgot about her.”
The synchronicity between their experiences left Julianne in awe. “She said, ‘Then, all of a sudden, I stood up, and my heart opened. My hands went behind me, and I felt so much love from my father,’” she shared, expressing her disbelief at the connection.
Julianne also spoke about the energy she feels in her body while using mudras, hand positions used in yoga and meditation. “Recently, I entered an energetic state and started performing mudras I had never learned about before,” she revealed.
These experiences, she noted, have played a significant role in her healing journey. “There’s definitely an opening again because I think my heart opened,” Julianne admitted. “Back in April, I realized I needed to trust again and open my heart once more.”
