Kanye West found himself in the spotlight once again, this time for his heated response to a TMZ reporter’s question about his wife, Bianca Censori’s “free will.”
The incident occurred on Monday, January 29, during Charlie Wilson’s Walk of Fame ceremony in Los Angeles.
As reported by TMZ, the rapper was approached by the reporter who inquired about whether Censori had her own autonomy or if Kanye was exerting control over her.
Kanye’s immediate reaction was to grab the reporter’s phone and proceed to berate her for approximately three minutes.
In a video captured by TMZ, Kanye expressed his frustration, stating, “Don’t come asking me that dumb ass shit, I’m a person. You think ‘cause you a white woman that you can walk up on me like that and ask me some dumb ass shit like that? Ask me about my wife?” He further questioned the reporter’s intentions, asking if she worked for the devil.
Refusing to return the phone, Kanye continued to lecture the reporter, questioning the appropriateness of her line of questioning and labeling it as disrespectful.

He challenged her to consider if her job was to approach celebrities and ask invasive questions about their personal lives.
Towards the end of the interaction, Kanye inquired about the reporter’s income and offered to pay her double, seemingly as a gesture to compensate for her intrusive questioning.
The reporter’s inquiry stemmed from previous reports in November suggesting that Kanye and Bianca had a temporary split following an intervention organized by Censori’s friends. However, the couple was later seen together, indicating that any rift may have been short-lived or unsubstantiated.
