Kristin Cavallari is pulling back the curtain on her views about plastic surgery, and she’s not holding back! The Laguna Beach star took to Instagram on September 11 to share her honest opinions on Botox and other cosmetic procedures, sparking a lively conversation among her followers.
In her Instagram story, Kristin made it clear she’s not a fan of Botox. “Something you’re injecting into your face to freeze your muscles cannot be good for you,” she declared. “I don’t care what anybody says, that’s just common sense. But if you wanna get it, get it.” Her straightforward take stirred up quite a buzz, leading to a debate about her own history with cosmetic enhancements.
When a follower pointed out the irony of her stance, given her silicone implants, Kristin didn’t shy away from the scrutiny. “This is NOT to defend me getting my boobs done, but I did 8 years ago,” she clarified. “I’ve taken my health up a notch and have even thought about taking them out. I sometimes wonder if my decision to get them done would be different today. Just is what it is.”
Kristin, who shares three kids—Camden, 12, Jaxon, 10, and Saylor, 8—with ex-husband Jay Cutler—revealed that her views on plastic surgery have evolved. “I was completely against plastic surgery before I breastfed all 3 kids and my boobs were disgusting,” she admitted. “I’m not a proponent of plastic surgery, but I won’t lie to you, doing my boobs is one of the best things I’ve done to make myself feel better.”
The Very Cavallari star first opened up about her breast implants and lift in June 2024, debunking rumors of a tummy tuck. “I had my boobs done twice,” she shared on her Let’s Be Honest podcast. “I got them done after I breastfed Jaxon—my second—and then I got pregnant with Saylor. And so, as soon as I was done breastfeeding Saylor, I was like I’m just gonna redo them just because they looked awful again.” Kristin clarified, “I said in an interview YEARS ago that I had a lift, but I never once denied implants, ever.”
Always candid about her cosmetic choices, Kristin responded to the tummy tuck rumors with her signature humor. “Gonna take that as a compliment,” she joked. “I wish it was nice and tight when I was sitting too.”
