Metro Boomin and Future are gearing up to treat their fans with not just one, but two albums, as revealed in an intriguing trailer featuring the voice of the late Prodigy of Mobb Deep.
The trailer, unveiled by Metro Boomin on Friday across his social media platforms, offers a glimpse into the forthcoming musical offerings.
In the visual, the dynamic duo is depicted riding in separate luxury cars against a desolate backdrop. As the vehicles come to a halt beside each other, Metro and Future step out, standing side-by-side in a powerful display.

Accompanying the visuals is an audio clip of the late Prodigy, delivering poignant words about the art of rap.
His voice echoes in the background, cautioning against those who attempt to rap without the necessary skill, urging them to leave it to the true masters of the craft. The trailer then unveils the title of the album, “We Don’t Trust You,” along with two significant dates: “3 22 24” and “4 12 24.”
According to an official press release, the first album, “We Don’t Trust You,” is slated for release on March 22, with a second album following on April 12.
This announcement comes following Metro’s “Heroes & Villains” and Future’s “I Never Liked You,” both dropped in 2022.
Described as a culmination of Metro’s cinematic soundscapes and Future’s captivating musicality, these albums promise to deliver a potent blend of their respective talents.
The press release highlights the synergy between the two artists, hailing their collaboration as one of rap’s most fruitful partnerships.
For Future, this isn’t the first time he’s embarked on a consecutive album release strategy. In 2017, he made headlines by dropping “Future” and “HNDRXX” within a week of each other, both soaring to the top of the Billboard 200 chart. This move cemented his status as the first artist to achieve back-to-back No. 1 album debuts in consecutive weeks.
