Nicki Minaj, currently electrifying Europe with her Pink Friday 2 World Tour, has announced an additional leg of the tour in the United States.
On Friday (May 24), the “Everybody” rapper took to her social media platforms to share the exciting news with her fans.

She continued her message with an enthusiastic tone: “Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. God is good. Don’t you ever give up. You got this. let’s go!!!!!!! #NickiAnnouncement”
While specific dates and venues for the second U.S. leg have yet to be disclosed, fans are encouraged to sign up for pre-sale opportunities to get a sense of the cities she will visit.
The second leg announcement comes nearly a year after Minaj kicked off the first leg of her tour in November.
Despite being on probation, Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, has been able to join her for the international segment of the tour.
According to legal documents obtained by HipHopDX, Petty, 46, received special permission last month to travel abroad with his family for “various purposes, including childcare.”
Petty’s attorney stated that federal authorities did not object to the request, and his probation officer also did not oppose it.
Initially, Petty attempted to keep his travel request under seal, but this request was denied. On April 16, Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald granted approval for Petty’s travel.
Petty’s criminal past has recently resurfaced in the public eye after his updated photograph appeared on California’s Megan’s Law website, a federal mandate requiring the public disclosure of information regarding registered sex offenders. The website lists Petty’s status, personal details, and the reason for his conviction: “Attempted rape by force or fear.”
Petty’s sex offender status originates from a 1995 conviction for the attempted rape of a 16-year-old girl, for which he served four years in prison. He faced additional legal issues after failing to register as a sex offender in California, where he and Minaj moved in 2019 before getting married.
