The iconic Britpop band Oasis has confirmed that Liverpool indie group Cast will join them on their much-anticipated 2025 reunion tour, marking the first time Liam and Noel Gallagher will perform together since their split in 2009.
Cast, led by John Power, joins Richard Ashcroft, former frontman of The Verve, as a support act for 19 sold-out shows across the UK and Ireland.
Cast expressed their excitement, stating, “We can’t wait to see you all for these biblical shows.”
The tour kicks off in July in Cardiff, followed by dates in Manchester, London, Edinburgh, and Dublin, celebrating Oasis’s legacy and a return to their iconic live performances.
Formed by Power after his departure from The La’s in 1991, Cast rose to prominence with hits like Sandstorm, Walkaway, and Guiding Star.
The band recently released their seventh album, Love Is The Call, in February, making the upcoming tour a celebration of both bands’ contributions to British rock.
