The award ceremony will take place in Washington D.C. on September 27th, where Quincy Jones will be presented with the award by Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr.
The event promises to be a musical extravaganza with performances by renowned artists such as Dave Grohl, Mickey Guyton, Herbie Hancock, Jamie Barton, GAYLE, Christopher Jackson, LADAMA, Aimee Mann, Rakim, Armani White, and DJ 2-Tone.
