World-renowned dancehall icon Sean Paul was compelled to pause an interview as his home country, Jamaica, was rattled by a 5.4 magnitude earthquake.
Reports from TMZ indicate that Sean Paul was in the midst of a live interview on Twitch with artist Tofu Jack and Dan Zabludovsky, the director and producer of Vice Documentaries.
The earthquake struck the building, prompting Sean Paul to swiftly exit, leaving Jack and Zabludovsky in a state of shock.
TMZ released video footage capturing the moment when Sean Paul conveyed his experience of the earthquake before abruptly leaving the room. His camera shook, and initially, Jack and Zabludovsky appeared bewildered, but they soon realized the nature of the interruption.

On Monday, northeastern Jamaica’s Hope Bay was hit by a 5.4 magnitude earthquake, as reported by the U.S. Geological Survey.
Fortunately, no fatalities have been reported in connection with the event.
Prime Minister Andrew Holness, in a social media message, emphasized that the damage was relatively minor. He urged Jamaicans to stay composed and adhere to earthquake protocols and general safety measures. Holness further implored citizens to remain calm during such natural occurrences.
