Sexyy Red has publicly criticized Au Vodka just days after starring in an advertisement for the brand’s new strawberry flavor.
In an Instagram Story on Saturday, Sexyy expressed her dissatisfaction with the vodka, advising her followers against purchasing it.
“Fawk @auvodka don’t buy that nasty ass shit,” Red wrote. “Iont drink anyway. Thanks for dem buckas doe suckas. Dat sht nasty asf yal on god I had my friends taste it!”
Earlier in the week, Au Vodka featured Sexyy in a commercial to promote their latest offering.
The brand had praised her as the ideal ambassador for their new red-colored vodka, Strawberry Burst, which they touted as their highest-grossing summer launch and their first global release.
“We decided there was no better ambassador to launch our newest, red-colored vodka Strawberry Burst with,” Au Vodka stated on its website. “The record-breaking launch is far from finished however, as Sexyy Redd is set to take Strawberry Burst and Au Vodka to new heights!”
