Taylor Swift is fully embracing her new role as a supportive girlfriend, and there’s no stopping her from getting close with Travis Kelce’s squad.
Following the Kansas City Chiefs’ October 7 victory over the New Orleans Saints, Swift was spotted hanging out with some of Kelce’s best friends, including his childhood pal, Aric Jones.
In a playful group shoe selfie posted by Aric, Taylor’s chic Vivienne Westwood boots stood out amidst a circle of sneakers, including Travis’ black-and-red Nike Air Jordans.
Aric shared more behind-the-scenes moments, including a photo of him and Taylor cheering on Travis from their VIP suite at Arrowhead Stadium, and another shot featuring Jason Kelce, Travis’ brother, taking part in the shoe photo tradition.
“Back like Jordan wearing the 4-5ive,” Aric captioned the post, referencing a famous line from the basketball legend’s comeback era.
Taylor’s Kansas City connections don’t stop there. She also reunited with Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, during the game.
A video circulating on social media captured a heartwarming moment when Brittany, who’s expecting her third child, ran up to Taylor for a big hug.
The two have formed a fast friendship, as seen in previous outings.
Adding to her growing list of WAG (wives and girlfriends) moments, Taylor got playful in a post-game interview conducted by Chariah Gordon, fiancée of Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman.
In an Instagram Story, Chariah asked Taylor how she felt after the win.
Swift jokingly replied, “It’s important that you answer this question.”
After Chariah called the Chiefs’ five-game winning streak the “perfect” way to enter their bye week, Taylor enthusiastically agreed, even pointing out a framed Eras Tour poster photo-bombing the video.
