Travis Scott might be stepping into the world of professional wrestling, thanks to a surprising announcement by WWE legend Rey Mysterio at Fanatics Fest in New York City.
During the sports and music convention, Mysterio made a special appearance at the WWE entrance activation, where fans could mimic their favorite wrestlers and enjoy their theme songs.
In a thrilling moment for attendees, Mysterio introduced Scott as his new tag team partner.
The big screen at the event displayed an explosive visual with Scott’s hit single “FE!N” playing, and the rapper appeared on stage wearing one of Mysterio’s signature luchador masks.
To top off the moment, Scott was presented with a WWE Houston Astros Legacy title belt, which he proudly showcased around the convention.
While it remains uncertain if Scott will actually step into the WWE ring, his recent activities suggest a growing collaboration with the wrestling organization.
Earlier this year, Scott was seen in a backstage segment with Jey Uso and attended RAW ringside. Additionally, his song “FE!N” featured in the teaser video for the upcoming WrestleMania 41, leading fans to speculate it could be the event’s official theme song.
If Scott does make the leap into wrestling, he would join the ranks of celebrities like Bad Bunny, who made a splash with his debut at WrestleMania 37 and delivered a memorable performance at Backlash 2023 in Puerto Rico.
