Recent developments on social media have hinted at a potential strain in the relationship between Drake and Nav, as the XO rapper reportedly unfollowed the OVO boss on Instagram.
The move sparked speculation among fans, especially after Drake’s cryptic response on Sunday morning.
Taking to Instagram, Drake posted a caption that appeared to reference Nav’s 2020 single “Turks,” stating, “I ain’t picking up I’m in Turks lil baby.”
The post fueled further speculation about the nature of their relationship and the reason behind Nav’s decision to unfollow Drake.
Some fans speculate that Nav’s move could be linked to Drake’s recent beef with Metro Boomin, suggesting that Nav may be taking Metro’s side in the dispute.
The Atlanta producer and Nav collaborated on the album “Perfect Timing” in 2017, potentially adding context to Nav’s stance.

Despite this apparent rift, it’s worth noting that Nav and Drake have had a positive relationship in the past. In 2019, Nav publicly credited Drake with putting Toronto on the map, acknowledging his role in paving the way for artists from the city.
Similarly, in 2022, Nav shed light on their friendship during an interview on the Full Send Podcast.
During the podcast, Nav discussed their collaboration and explained his decision not to include a Drake feature on his album “Demons Protected By Angels.”
He described Drake as an “amazing person” and revealed that they spend time together in Toronto. However, Nav suggested that their collaboration didn’t materialize as expected due to timing issues, emphasizing his respect for Drake’s stature as a major artist.
