Despite a last-minute plea from costar Leo Braudy, Love Is Blind contestant Nick Dorka holds no hard feelings about the romantic twist.
Nick, 29, and his fiancée Hannah Jiles, 27, ultimately left the pods engaged, but not before Leo made one final attempt to convince Hannah to choose him instead.
In an exclusive interview with E! News, Nick expressed that he bears no ill will toward Leo, praising him as “a great guy with so much to give someone.” The real estate agent added, “He’s a little dorky, sometimes his words come out in a weird way, but he’s a great, genuine dude.”
Despite the brief tension, Nick emphasized that Leo always treated him with respect.
After Hannah chose Nick, Leo went on to propose to Brittany Wisniewski, 33, an esthetician with aspirations of being a “trophy wife.”
However, their relationship quickly fizzled after they met in person.
In a confessional, Brittany expressed doubts, saying, “Something in my brain is not computing… holy s–t this stranger just asked me to marry him.”
Although Leo and Brittany were not selected by producers to continue their journey in Mexico with the other six couples, they took a vacation to Miami on their own.
Unfortunately, their engagement ended weeks later, as Netflix revealed in the fifth episode.
