Three men have filed separate lawsuits against rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs in New York Supreme Court, accusing him of rape and sexual assault.
The alleged incidents occurred between 2019 and 2022, with the men claiming they were drugged and assaulted after being offered drinks by Combs at private parties.
Combs’ legal team dismissed the lawsuits as “full of lies,” pledging to disprove the allegations and pursue legal action against the attorneys involved.
Despite the denials, the rapper remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being denied bail three times.
The lawsuits add to over 30 civil cases accusing Combs of similar offenses dating back to the 1990s.
Attorney Thomas Giuffra, representing the three plaintiffs, revealed that more than 60 people have contacted his office with claims against the hip-hop star.
After thorough investigation, his firm proceeded with these three cases, with the men choosing to remain anonymous due to fears of retaliation.
One plaintiff, referred to as John Doe, alleges he was assaulted after attending an afterparty hosted by Combs at Marquee nightclub in 2019.
He claims Combs gave him a drink that left him disoriented before the rapper allegedly assaulted him while others recorded the incident.
Another accuser claims he was assaulted at a 2020 party at Combs’ East Hampton residence, where he says Combs and others from Bad Boy Entertainment took turns assaulting him after he lost consciousness.
The third man alleges he was drugged and assaulted during a meeting with Combs at a hotel in February 2020 while discussing unpaid wages.
He claims Combs threatened him, saying no one would believe his story if he went to the police.
Combs is also facing federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering linked to an alleged scheme involving drug-fueled events and exploitation.
He has pleaded not guilty to all charges, with a trial set for May.
His legal team continues to assert his innocence.
